Centre Upgrade Underway

We’re delighted to share that Currimundi Markets is currently undergoing extensive external ambience works to enhance your overall shopping experience.

As part of these improvements, and to better reflect our local community, we have identified an opportunity to refresh the centre’s branding.

The name Currimundi Markets will remain, a name that has long resonated with our community. Alongside this, we are introducing three new logo marques to replace the existing brand and modernise our identity.

These new design elements capture the essence of our coastal lifestyle. Inspired by the gentle rhythm of the region, the refreshed look embraces a sun-washed palette reminiscent of long, warm summer days. Soft pink terracotta, warm biscuit, creamy white, and fresh sage green come together to reflect the relaxed charm of Currimundi - a place where locals and holidaymakers come together with a strong sense of community.

The three icons represent:

- Wildlife and Nature – celebrating the region’s coastal wildlife and native flora surrounding the conservation park
- Corals & Botanicals – inspired by vibrant coral formations and the Sunshine Coast’s natural beauty from sunrise to sunset
- Currimundi Lake & Surf – reflecting the connection between the lake and surf beach, a space for recreation and communityEnhancing the shopper experience

The project will deliver an improved shopper experience including;

Approaching from the external car park entries to the outside of the centre façade - painting and tiling to soften the entry points and painting of the external façade permitter will be executed. 

Tiling detail to columns along the pedestrian footpath and pendant lights on arrival will elevate the centre.Additional pots and plants as well as landscaping on arrival will enhance the character of the centre on arrival.

Rebrand of centre logo and signage upgrade to reposition the centre in the local area and improve shopper sentiment with brand affiliation.
